I have discovered Instagram. Well, okay, it was actually Stephanie who downloaded it on my phone because she is a good friend. And who needs photoshop when an app can make your photos look so much better? Real photographers hate it, but luckily I am not a real photographer :)

Sending great big Mother's Day wishes to my fantastic, supportive mom! As well as all the other ladies in my life who have much more patience and grace than I can ever hope to have... Lori, Edum, Katie (who will soon be a mom x3! Holy Cow!) I hope you all had a great day!

Now that is has FINALLY stopped snowing, the entire city of Denver was out enjoying the weather this weekend. I had a long-overdue brunch with Ilana (and sunburned my knees of all places... HOW?!?), went for a nice yog around Sloans lake, and yes ladies and gentlemen, it is hiking season. Love :)

Recruited a new hiking partner - a family friend from waaay back in the day in Illinois. His gypsy soul also led him to Denver - nothing quite like reconnecting on a mountain after 20+ years! (Can it be called "reconnecting" if we were too young to remember each other in the first place? We were really just trying to put the pieces together...) Regardless, fantastic way to spend the afternoon!

I'm also sending belated birthday wishes to my Aunt Evelyn in Norfolk - I hope you had a wonderful day! Much love from the Rockies! 

Yes, it has been a while. There are a multitude of reasons, but none that I'll bore you with here.

The important things to know are that it seems to have finally stopped snowing, and my Spooze came to visit last weekend. Good news all around :) In true Denver springtime fashion we spend the weekend biking, hiking, eating, and drinking. And reminiscing over foggy London town. The time went WAY TOO FAST.
