#AusReunion2013 (part 2)!

What to do when the work emergency phone wakes you up at 5 a.m. on a Saturday? Post long-verdue photos, of course...

After our adventure at the falls it was time to head to Mel's family cabin, oh I'm sorry, cottage at the lake for a few days. Luckily there was a chip truck along the way! Not quite the same as Checker's food truck in OZ, but it was probably a bit more sanitary. Which isn't saying much for Checker's...

"Poutine my face off"

On the way out we had the discussion of why we call something a cabin vs. a lake house vs. a cottage, etc. What exactly is a cottage, anyway?

Do we have enough snacks? I'm not sure. We'd better get another Suisse.

Group meals are the best! Looks like there isn't room for me in the kitchen, though. 

In that case, I'd better go and take 500 photos of this sunset. You're welcome.

There was an abundance of food, drinks, Tim Tams, laughter, memories, and marathon games of catch phrase. (You wish you had this in your car... "Eject button!") Yes, we managed to eat ALL o f that junk food along with ridiculous amounts of cheese, crackers, and hummus. No wonder my pants felt tight on the plane ride back home.

Our fantastic hosts - they were SO great!

 A few hours to explore Toronto before heading to catch the flights that will take us all in opposite directions again...

Can't wait to see these ladies again! Bring on #Mexico2014!!
